How to Use

Drizzle over a ripe wedge of Manchego or a triple-cream brie and let the floral notes lift the fat. Stir a small spoonful into Earl Grey or chamomile, where the lemon notes meet the bergamot halfway. Use as a glaze on roasted stone fruit — peaches, plums, apricots — and finish with flaked sea salt. Or pour a small amount into a shallow dish, set out good bread, and let it speak for itself.
